About Us
Bay Meadows POA was formed in November 2007 with our first annual meeting. Three board members were elected to serve as President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
Bay Meadows is located 40 minutes north of Knoxville, Tennessee on Norris Lake.
For GPS purposes use the address of 100 Overton Road, Maynardville, Tennessee to obtain directions to the development.
Our development consists of 43 lots, some of which have been combined by the present owners. We have lake access to Lake Norris at the Tennessee Valley Authority property lying closest to lots 37 and 38. There are two marinas where your boat can be docked within 15 minutes of Bay Meadows. Presently, there is no shared dock but we plan to replace the old one soon. There is electric and fiber optic connectivity at the road. You would need to dig your own well and provide your own septic system. The minimum house size requirement is 1400 square feet. The lower portion of Bay Meadows is gated and only accessed by owners and realtors.
