It is important that you be aware of and uphold the Covenants and By-laws of the Bay Meadows Development. For your convenience, we have posted them here as a document. Requests for changes to by-laws are addressed at the annual Property Owners Meetings.
Our annual meeting was held on May 25th, 2024 at the home of Maggie and Jeff Tincher. At this meeting, we voted on 39 changes to the By-Laws and Covenants to make it easier to build in Bay Meadows. All of these changes were voted in, except one. Please see the new documents below.
